Outcrafter Build Days > Open to Outcrafters aged 10+ These Build Days are back by popular demand! Following direct requests from Outcrafters, we are now purposely planning these sessions into our regular programme.

This is an exclusive opportunity to get stuck into real woodland projects, ranging from structural upgrades and extensions to repairs and fresh builds. These hands on days are brilliant for developing practical skills in tool use, problem solving, and bushcraft improvisation. More importantly, they give participants the chance to put their genuine stamp on the woodland, fostering a real sense of ownership and pride as they help shape how the site looks and functions.

Last year, these sessions were run informally and free of charge. Because we are now scheduling them deliberately as part of our programme to meet popular demand, we do now charge a small concessionary fee to cover the essential costs of running the days. Up and Coming Dates:

• Sunday 18th October, 2026

• Friday 23rd October, 2026*

*Outcrafters are welcome to join us for an exclusive set up day for the up and coming Autumn Camp - giving a sneak peak and inside take on what to expect (only so much though - certain things are staying a secret for now). An evening meal will be included on this day - so that Outcrafters are fed before the evening session ~ there is therefore an additional cost to the day.

Projects

• Tree House Project

• Feather edging for kitchen & toilet block

• Tree planting

• Storage extensions

We do have to charge a small concessionary fee for these days now, just covering the essentials.
