  • Why do FAQs matter?
    FAQs are a great way to help site visitors find quick answers to common questions about your business and create a better navigation experience.
  • Are your staff trained?
    Our staff all receive introductory training into bushcraft, which is a 24 hour training course. On top of that, all staff must maintain a professional practice profile, showing that they are constantly up to date and moving their bushcraft skills forward. All of our staff also receive First Aid Training, Safeguarding Training and training to support childhood mental health. Our staff are also DBS checked, must pass background checks and are members of the Institute of Outdoor learning Professional Practice Group.   • What times do your camps start?
    For full week bookings, camps start at 8:30am Monday and finish at 5:30pm Friday. For day visit or part week visits, they start at 10:00am and finish at 4:00pm.
  • Where are you?
    We have two woodland sites in Norfolk. The one that is used for most of our events is our Lakeside woodland, which is just North of Tottenhill (near King's Lynn).
  • What is an FAQ section?
    An FAQ section can be used to quickly answer common questions about your business like "Where do you ship to?", "What are your opening hours?", or "How can I book a service?".
  • Can my child join your Bushcraft Club?
    100%! If they are aged 8 to 14, love being outdoors and would like to learn some amazing outdoor skills - then we'd warmly welcome them to Outcrafters. Please just see our Outcrafter page and sign up to one of our trial sessions to get started.
  • What ages are your activities for?
    All of our Bushcraft & Adventure elements are for children aged 8-14, along with family groups and adult workshops.
  • Where can I add my FAQs?
    FAQs can be added to any page on your site or to your Wix mobile app, giving access to members on the go.
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
