It is nearly that season again! 

We are once again throwing the woodland open for another day of Christmas Cooking, Festive Activities, Crafts, and competitions. This is a Christmas marathon of food and challenges spread across an epic 12-hour day.

Up this year:
Three Course Christmas Meal | While we huge and elaborate ideas - this year we have actually decided to really focus in on what makes Christmas so very special: 'Tradition'. This years menu is once again, incredibly ambitious, with a three course meal taking centre stage, and a whole day of prep. 
Starter ~ Charcuterie board of hand craft and open-fire crafted chutney's & pâté, freshly baked breads with seasoned butter candles, cured meats, cheeses, and oak-smoked salmon.
Main ~ Traditional Christmas dinner, cooked from scratch over the course of the day with chicken (we are turkey-free here!), stuffing, pigs in blankets, roasted potatoes, honey-roasted veggies, cauliflower cheese, mash, Yorkshire puddings, sprouts, and handcrafted cranberry sauce.
Pudding ~ A choice of three, including traditional Christmas pudding made right here by our Outcrafters; self-saucing chocolate pudding (both served with handcrafted custard); and lemon meringue.
Big Christmas Reset | Returning for another year with another round of prizes. As with any Christmas event, there has to be Christmas music, but across a nearly twelve-hour day, that music has to reset somewhere. Can you guess when it does to win?
Retro Slackline Challenge | Games have always been at the heart of Christmas, especially games that bring us together. But can this one? We are turning the slackline course into a giant retro arena for a very special game!
Candle Crafting | Candle crafting is no stranger here, as it naturally features in bushcraft. But we have never crafted quite like this. Giving everyone a chance to take something home in time for Christmas, we will be hosting a special candle crafting workshop for everyone who attends.
Operation Advent | A special challenge that will see clan versus clan throughout the day, competing in a series of challenges - each one hidden behind some strangely memorable little doors!
Big Cracker Draw | And if all that weren't enough, as always, we'll be pulling crackers - but only one can win. Join us for the festive family gathering at the end as we give away a huge prize to one lucky person whose name is in the right cracker!
